These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AWD Sounds website and your purchase and use of our digital products. By accessing the website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller information
AWD Sounds is operated by Felipe Joseph Chebib Awad, CPF 397.275.088-98, located in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.

2. Digital products
AWD Sounds sells downloadable digital content for music production, including audio samples, loops, one-shots, MIDI files, synthesizer presets, construction kits, stems and project files.
No physical product will be shipped. Product contents, formats, compatible software and edition differences are described on the relevant product page.
3. Accounts and checkout
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and payment information. You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Orders may be completed as a guest when this option is available. Access to past purchases may also be provided through the My Account area.
4. Prices, currencies and payments
Prices may be displayed in BRL for customers in Brazil and USD for customers outside Brazil. Currency selection may be based on location and the billing country entered during checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, which may include Stripe, PayPal and Mercado Pago. AWD Sounds does not directly store complete payment card numbers.
Taxes, conversion costs or charges applied by a bank, payment provider or card issuer may vary according to the customer’s country and payment method.
5. Delivery
Digital products are normally made available after successful payment confirmation. Delivery may occur through the order confirmation page, email and the My Account area.
Payment review, fraud prevention, technical failures or an incorrect email address may delay delivery. If access is not provided after payment confirmation, contact us at awdsounds@gmail.com.
6. Software requirements
Some products require specific third-party software, plugins, DAWs or minimum versions, including Xfer Serum 2, Ableton Live or FL Studio.
You are responsible for checking the product description and confirming compatibility before purchase. Purchasing a preset bank or project file does not include a license for the required third-party software.
7. Digital-content orders
Because our products are digital goods delivered or made accessible immediately, orders are generally final after access or download has begun, except where a refund, replacement or other remedy is required by applicable law or where the product is defective, inaccessible or materially different from its description.
A change of mind, lack of compatible software, use of an unsupported software version, insufficient technical knowledge or an attempt to use the product with unauthorized or pirated software does not normally establish a product defect.
If you experience a genuine delivery or technical problem, contact us promptly. We may provide technical support, corrected files, replacement access or another remedy appropriate to the situation and applicable law.
8. License
Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable royalty-free license under the separate Royalty-Free License. Ownership of the original files and intellectual property remains with AWD Sounds or the applicable rights holder.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- share, sell, upload, sublicense or redistribute the original files;
- make the files available through cloud folders, torrents or file-sharing services;
- create a competing sample pack, preset bank, MIDI pack or sound library from the files;
- claim ownership of the original files;
- circumvent download, account or payment security;
- use the website for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual property
The AWD Sounds name, website, artwork, product names, text, audio previews, source files and visual materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited product license expressly provided.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, correct, discontinue or replace website content and product information. Changes will not remove a license already granted for a valid completed purchase.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWD Sounds is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of projects, DAW instability, third-party software failures or incompatibilities that were disclosed or reasonably identifiable before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on the customer’s place of residence.
