AWD Sounds products are digital downloads. This page explains delivery, access and software compatibility.
Digital delivery
After successful payment confirmation, download access is normally provided through:
- the order confirmation page;
- the email sent to the address used at checkout;
- My Account → Downloads.
No physical product will be shipped.
Payment confirmation
Card, PayPal and PIX payments may require confirmation by the payment provider. Fraud-prevention or payment-review procedures can delay access.
File formats
Products may contain ZIP archives with WAV, MIDI, FXP, preset, project or supporting files. Exact contents vary by product and edition.
DAW compatibility
WAV and MIDI files can generally be used in major DAWs that support the relevant format. Project files require the DAW and version identified on the product page.
Serum 2 requirements
Products advertised for Serum 2 require a legitimate installation of Xfer Serum 2 and the compatible minimum version stated on the product page. Serum 2 is not included with any AWD Sounds product.
Ableton Live and FL Studio
Project-file editions may require Ableton Live, FL Studio and third-party plugins. Review the relevant product description before purchase.
Customer responsibility
Before purchasing, confirm:
- the required DAW or synthesizer;
- the minimum software version;
- operating-system compatibility;
- available disk space;
- the contents of the selected edition.

If a delivered file is missing, inaccessible, damaged or materially different from its description, contact awdsounds@gmail.com. Include your order number and details of the problem.
