We aim to respond as soon as possible, normally within two business days.
For order support, include
- your order number;
- the email address used at checkout;
- the product and edition purchased;
- a clear description of the issue;
- a screenshot or error message when relevant.
Common solutions
Download not received
Check your spam folder and open My Account → Downloads. Payment review can delay access in some cases.
Corrupted or incomplete download
Delete the incomplete file, use a stable connection and download it again. Avoid opening a ZIP before the transfer is complete.
Preset does not load
Confirm that you own the required software and the minimum compatible version shown on the product page. Serum 2 products do not include the Serum 2 software.
Wrong email address
Contact us with the order number, billing name and payment reference so we can verify ownership.
